Camper packets are mailed to every registered camper household; however, they have been made available here for download in the event that any of these two forms may become lost.

Annie Jump Cannon (1863-1941)
A graduate in astronomy from Wellesley College, Cannon developed a method of photography using spectrograms to view and classify stars. In 1922, the League of Women Voters named her "America's Leading Woman Scientist."
This five-page form is to be filled out by the camper's parent or guardian before camp. You will need to call a physician to get a camp exam. The medical form needs to be notarized before sending.
